A method for reducing the GI of brown rice powder by combined thermal- non-thermal physical processing

This invention belongs to the field of grain deep processing technology and discloses a method for reducing the glycemic index (GI) of brown rice flour through a combination of thermal and non-thermal physical processing. The method involves: pulverizing high-quality brown rice and allowing it to stand in equilibrium with water; subjecting the material to low-temperature wet heat treatment at a moisture content of 30%–50%; baking the wet-heat treated material; mixing the baked material with pure water and performing a first freeze-thaw cycle; subjecting the mixture to intermittent pulsed electric field treatment in a multi-cycle intermittent manner; subjecting the pulsed electric field treated material to a second freeze-thaw cycle; and finally centrifuging, drying, sieving, and packaging the material. This method regulates the starch structure to obtain a low glycemic index product through the synergistic effect of a specific sequence of thermal and non-thermal treatments. This invention innovatively designs a two-stage freeze-thaw cycle process before and after the pulsed electric field treatment, employing physical modification methods throughout the process to ensure product safety. It has low equipment requirements and broad industrial application prospects.

The connection tightness of endothelial cells is adjusted through a high-voltage short-pulse electric field, local regulation and control of the brain area are achieved in combination with electrode design, pulse parameters are flexibly adjusted to balance the effect and damage, and a new non-invasive physical treatment means is provided for assisting drug cross-blood-brain-barrier delivery. Compared with focused ultrasound, the multi-mechanism synergistic effect (electroporation effect and bioelectrochemical effect) is utilized instead of depending on the mechanical effect of exogenous microbubbles, so that the safety risk is remarkably reduced. The system has the advantages of noninvasiveness, safety and space flexibility, and can be opened for a long time. The non-invasive electrode is used for delivering instantaneous high-voltage electric pulses, which is different from conventional low-voltage long-time electric stimulation.

Embodiments of the present application provide a duodenum-based electric field ablation method, system and device, the method comprising: in the case of determining a target tissue corresponding to a target object, determining the narrow pulse parameters required by the target tissue; wherein the target tissue is the position of the target object's duodenum that needs to be subjected to pulse electric field ablation; determining the state information of the main control system; detecting the state information, and in the case that the state information meets the preset condition, generating a first pulse and a second pulse based on the narrow pulse parameters through the driving of the H-bridge circuit; wherein the preset condition is that the state information of the main control system meets the preset state; performing phase shift control processing based on the first pulse and the second pulse to determine the narrow pulse corresponding to the narrow pulse parameters; and achieving electric field ablation of the target tissue through multiple electrodes based on the narrow pulse.
