This invention provides a self-generating
adhesive bandage, belonging to the field of medical supplies technology. The self-generating
adhesive bandage consists of a power-generating layer and a conventional
adhesive bandage, including but not limited to an adhesive layer, an absorbent pad, and a separating permeable membrane or release paper. When the self-generating
adhesive bandage is continuously rubbed and pressed, the power-generating layer generates a Maxwell
pulse electric field and pulsed current under continuous force, accelerating
cell regeneration and
tissue repair, and promoting
wound healing. The power-generating layer can be independently disposed between these
layers, or it can be fused with one or more
layers. The power-generating layer is composed of membrane materials such as
polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE),
polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and
perfluoroethylene propylene
copolymer (FEP), or composites with other materials. The self-generating
adhesive bandage can have a multi-layered or interlaced structure, with
layers fixed by
adhesive bonding or
thermoforming. This invention requires no external power source and can generate a Maxwell
pulse electric field through simple external force, thereby accelerating
cell regeneration and
tissue repair, achieving the effect of promoting
wound healing, simplifying the operation process, and improving the convenience and safety of use. At the same time, the manufacturing process of this invention is relatively simple and easy to scale up for
mass production.
