This invention relates to the field of crosslinking agent preparation technology for rubber, specifically to a crosslinking agent, its preparation method, and its application in rubber preparation. The crosslinking agent of this invention is prepared through multi-level structural design and
functional modification: first, a porous support is synthesized using a template method, then modified with
vinylsilane alkenylation, loaded with a
divinylbenzene crosslinking agent, and then crosslinked using Fe... 3+ The crosslinking agent utilizes
tannic acid coordination to form an inner encapsulation layer, undergoes surface functionalization modification with 1,9-decadiene, and is finally physically coated with low-melting-point
paraffin wax on the outer layer. This crosslinking agent exhibits unique "dual-threshold gated" release characteristics: the outer paraffin layer provides
physical protection at mixing temperatures, while the inner
coordination network can be controllably dissociated at
vulcanization temperatures, enabling the on-demand release of the crosslinking
active components. Its application in rubber preparation significantly improves the uniformity of the crosslinking network, increases crosslinking efficiency, and solves problems such as premature consumption and uneven distribution of traditional crosslinking agents.
