The invention discloses novel liquid polycarbosilane which is low in viscosity and high in storage stability and is crosslinkable, a preparation method of novel liquid polycarbosilane, and an application of novel liquid polycarbosilane. Polycarbosilane is prepared by adopting chloromethyl alkoxy silane or mixtures of chloromethyl alkoxy silane as raw materials by virtue of Grignard coupling reaction and reduction reaction, and the structure of polycarbosilane is shown in a formula (I) in the specification. The structure simultaneously contains Si-H bonds and unsaturated bonds such as C=C bonds, can be subjected to self-crosslinking and curing under a certain condition, has relatively high ceramic yield, and can be used as a silicon carbide precursor of a polymer precursor impregnation pyrolysis (PIP) process. Polycarbosilane disclosed by the invention is adjustable in structural composition, good in storage stability, low in viscosity and relatively low in boiling point, and has the utilization potentiality of being used as a silicon carbide ceramic precursor for chemical vapor deposition/chemical vapor infiltration (CVD/CVI). In addition, polycarbosilane can also be used for replacing commonly-used divinyl benzene to serve as a crosslinking agent of solid-state polycarbosilane (PCS).

The invention discloses a homogeneous anion exchange membrane as well as the preparation method thereof. The invention is characterized in that the homogeneous anion exchange membrane takes chloromethylated styrene, styrene or/and alkyl styrene as monomers, takes divinyl benzene as a cross-linking agent, takes benzoyl peroxide or azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator, and takes bromomethylation poly (1,4- dimethyl2, 6- phenylene oxide) or chloroacetylized poly (1,4-dimethyl2, 6-phenylene oxide) as a polymer reinforcing agent, so as to prepare a uniform solution which is used for pasting a membrane on reinforced fabrics, and the homogeneous anion exchange membrane can be obtained by pretreating a basal membrane obtained by polymerization and then carrying out quaternary ammoniation. The invention obtains a functional group through adopting aromatic polymer, thereby the obtained anion exchange membrane has high exchange capacity, good electrochemical properties, uniform structure and good heat resistance; the slurry is homogeneous, thereby being easy for pasting; the monomers serving as the solvent can be polymerized, thereby being a green and solvent free process; the polymer content and the cross-linking degree can be adjusted, and the types of the sustainer can be changed, thereby obtaining products with different structural morphologies and functions.

Polymeric adsorbent and preparation method thereof

The embodiment of the invention discloses a polymeric adsorbent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing a bead-like resin from chloromethyl styrene serving as a polymerization monomer and divinyl benzene serving as a cross-linking agent by a suspension polymerization method; and adding a hydroxyl-containing monomer at the post-crosslinking stage to perform super cross-linking reaction so as to prepare the polymeric adsorbent. In the method, pores are formed in the polymeric adsorbent at the post-crosslinking stage of polychloromethyl styrene by using a chemical modification method, and polar groups are formed on the frame of the polymeric adsorbent by introducing the hydroxyl-containing monomer for modification, so the adsorption of an adsorbent substance by the polymeric adsorbent is increased. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and the substances harmful to human body such as chloromethyl ether and the like and pore-forming agents are not used in the method. Experimental results show that the polymeric adsorbent prepared by the invention has the advantages of high specific surface area, small aperture, high adsorption selectivity and particularly high capacity of absorbing aromatic compounds.
