According to the immunization method, an integrated paper base is used as a magnetoelastic chip, and Cu NCs (at) MnO2 is used as a multifunctional probe. The efficient photo-thermal conversion efficiency of the Cu NCs (at) MnO2 is utilized to convert light energy into heat energy, and output of temperature signals is achieved. And secondly, the Cu NCs (at) MnO2 has good laccase catalytic activity and can catalytically oxidize 2, 4-dichlorophenol (2, 4-DP), so that an oxidation product of 2, 4-DP and 4-aminoantipyridine (4-AP) react to generate a red substance, and color visual output is realized. Besides, the Cu NCs (at) MnO2 has excellent microwave absorption performance, and dielectric loss and interface polarization phenomena exist between the Cu NCs (at) MnO2 and the Cu NCs (at) MnO2, so that the change of a frequency signal can be caused. Under the irradiation of 808 nm near-infrared laser, the colorimetric amplification and the amplification of temperature and frequency signals are realized. The multi-signal output immunoassay method based on near-infrared laser induction based on the series of phenomena is successfully constructed. The immunoassay has a relatively wide application prospect in early diagnosis of diseases.

This invention discloses a plasma metal Bi / oxygen vacancy-BiOBr photocatalytic material, its preparation method, and its applications. The preparation method includes the following steps: dissolving a bromide salt in 1,2-propanediol to obtain a dispersion; adding a bismuth salt to the dispersion and mixing thoroughly to obtain a reaction solution; subjecting the reaction solution to a hydrothermal reaction; and cooling, separating, washing, and drying the resulting material to obtain the target product. This invention uses 1,2-propanediol as a solvent and a reducing agent, simultaneously introducing plasma metal Bi and oxygen vacancies into BiOBr through a hydrothermal reaction to enhance its catalytic performance. Furthermore, the addition of lignin to the reaction system further promotes the formation of plasma metal Bi and oxygen vacancies. The material prepared by this invention can be used for the oxidation-reduction of 2,4-dichlorophenol in water and for CO2 reduction, effectively remediating the environment and achieving energy conversion, showing great application potential.

The chemical reaction formula is: O-ethyl-S-propylthiophosphoric acid dichloride + 4-bromo-2,5-dichlorophenol → base ethyl bromide thiophosphate. This invention uses O-ethyl-S-propylthiophosphoric acid dichloride as the key intermediate, avoiding the atomic waste of traditional processes; the one-pot condensation process simplifies the process, with only hydrogen chloride and water as byproducts; the yield is ≥92%, the purity is ≥96%, and waste emissions are reduced by more than 50%. By pre-constructing intermediates with ethyl and propyl skeletal frameworks and combining them with the one-pot condensation process, a highly efficient and environmentally friendly synthesis is achieved.
