A novel electrochemiluminescence (ECL) aptamer biosensor based on functional nanomaterials was developed for the detection of malathion in tea. Firstly, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used to immobilize gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on the surface of the electrode by potentiostatic electrodeposition. Secondly, amino-luminol / silver nanoparticles@silica nanospheres (NH2-Luminol / Ag@SiO2NSs) were synthesized by one-pot method. Finally, the signal probes (SPs) were prepared by combining NH2-Luminol / Ag@SiO2NSs with malathion aptamer.
