The invention provides a quality assurance method by high-quality composite degradation of pesticide residues in orange peels, belonging to the technical field of elimination of the pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable. The method comprises the following steps: selecting different varieties of high-quality orange peels as raw materials; compositely soaking the fresh orange peels in alkali liquor and ozone, and then soaking and washing the orange peels with clear water, and meanwhile carrying out ultrasonic washing during the process; and carrying out low-frequency (915MHz) microwave treatment so that the degradation rate of most part of organophosphorus, organochlorine and carbamate pesticides in the orange peels reaches over 80% and ethion and methamidophos can be fully degraded. The method has the advantages that a plurality of the original pesticide degradation methods are systematically screened and integrated, thus the defect of a single method such as different degradation degrees on different pesticides is avoided so as to eliminate the pesticide residues in the orange peel maximally; and by means of the composite method, loss of nutrition as well as color, aroma and taste components during the degradation process of the pesticide residues in the orange peels is lowered minimally so as to keep the original nutrition, flavor and color of the orange peels maximally.

The invention relates to a method for detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides by using magnetic separation-gas chromatography. The method is used for quickly detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides (dipterex, methamidophos, acephate, omethoate, moncrotophos, dimethoate, phosphamidon, parathion-methyl, malathion and chlorpyrifos) based on combination of solid-phase extraction, magnetic separation and the gas chromatography. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a magnetic solid-phase extraction agent, establishing a combination system of the magnetic separation and the gas chromatography, and detecting the organophosphorus pesticides in objects to be detected. A method capable of quickly separating and detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides at high sensitivity simultaneously is established by taking prepared magnetic chitosan microspheres with high absorption performance on the ten types of organophosphorus pesticides such as dipterex and the like as adsorption functional materials and using combination of the solid-phase extraction, magnetic separation and the gas chromatography. The method is simple in experimental operation, high in detection sensitivity, low in cost and applicable to detection of residues of ten types of organophosphorus pesticides such as trace dipterex and the like in all products.

The invention belongs to the field of rapid screening method for methamidophos in vegetables. The method comprises steps of: crushing a vegetable sample, mixing and oscillating with a polar solvent, and carrying out pumping filtration to obtain a filtrate; concentrating to dry, carrying out a constant volume with ultrapure water, and filtering with a 0.045 mum membrane; preparing a nano silver solution by a citrate reduction method; mixing the vegetable extract and the nano silver solution, adjusting a pH to 1.0-5.0, and detecting methamidophos in the sample by a Raman spectrometer; selecting a Raman spectrometer with 785 nm laser wavelength, setting a laser power to 50-300 mw, a scan time of 2-20s, mixing the methamidophos ultrapure water solution and the prepared nano silver solution in a certain ration, and carrying out a laser scan detection; and drafting a standard curve with a methamidophos concentration as an abscissa and a characteristic peak height as an ordinate, so as to analyze methamidophos content in the sample. The invention provides a low detection limit and simply operated Raman detection method, which can rapidly and accurately carry out qualitative and quantitative detection of methamidophos in the vegetable sample and can be used for on-site large scale sample rapid screening.
