Omethoate (C₅H₁₂NO₄PS) is a systemic organophosphorous insecticide and acaricide available as a soluble concentrate. It is used to control insects and mites in horticulture and agriculture, as well as in the home garden.

Method for detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides by using magnetic separation-gas chromatography

The invention relates to a method for detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides by using magnetic separation-gas chromatography. The method is used for quickly detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides (dipterex, methamidophos, acephate, omethoate, moncrotophos, dimethoate, phosphamidon, parathion-methyl, malathion and chlorpyrifos) based on combination of solid-phase extraction, magnetic separation and the gas chromatography. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a magnetic solid-phase extraction agent, establishing a combination system of the magnetic separation and the gas chromatography, and detecting the organophosphorus pesticides in objects to be detected. A method capable of quickly separating and detecting ten types of organophosphorus pesticides at high sensitivity simultaneously is established by taking prepared magnetic chitosan microspheres with high absorption performance on the ten types of organophosphorus pesticides such as dipterex and the like as adsorption functional materials and using combination of the solid-phase extraction, magnetic separation and the gas chromatography. The method is simple in experimental operation, high in detection sensitivity, low in cost and applicable to detection of residues of ten types of organophosphorus pesticides such as trace dipterex and the like in all products.

Aspergillus niger JXJ A01 with potassium and phosphate dissolving and organophosphorus pesticide decomposing activity and application thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of microbe application, particularly to an aspergillus niger JXJ A01 with potassium and phosphate dissolving and organophosphorus pesticide decomposing activity and application of the aspergillus niger JXJ A01 with the potassium and phosphate dissolving and organophosphorus pesticide decomposing activity to dissolution of insoluble potassium, organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorous, decomposition of organophosphorus pesticides and preparation of microbial fertilizers. The aspergillus niger JXJ A01 is stored in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with a preservation number of CGMCC No. 13775. The aspergillus niger JXJ A01 is high in dissolving effects on insoluble phosphorous and potassium ore powder and can convert the insoluble phosphorous and the potassium ore fertilizer into soluble phosphorous and potassium absorbable for plants and degrade the organophosphorus pesticide of omethoate into non-toxic soluble phosphate radicals to reduce pesticide concentration and increase the content of soluble phosphorous in soil. The aspergillus niger JXJ A01 with the potassium and phosphate dissolving and organophosphorus pesticide decomposing activity can be applied to increasing the content of soluble effective potassium and phosphorus in soil and repair pollution caused by the organophosphorus pesticides to soil.

Whiteflower hogfennel root Chinese herbal medicinal yield-increasing fertilizer

The invention discloses a whiteflower hogfennel root Chinese herbal medicinal yield-increasing fertilizer, which consists of dried duck droppings, dried cow droppings, cornmeal, sorghum flour, bran, soybean stem meal, cottonseed hulls, potash fertilizer, urea, a nitrogen fertilizer, glucose powder, omethoate and polyurethane. The yield-increasing fertilizer is prepared from the following steps of: totally combining all the powder and stirring in a stirrer for 90 minutes; taking out and grinding into 80-mesh granules in a grinder; stirring the granules in the stirrer for 180 minutes, taking all the granules out and pouring into a fermenting tank; and adding fecal water according to a ratio of 1:1.5, uniformly stirring up and down, and piling up; tamping, covering with plastic cloth tightly, fermenting for 30 hours, and turning piles for the first time; adding the fecal water again according to a ratio of 1:1.5, uniformly stirring up and down, piling up, tamping, covering with plastic cloth tightly, fermenting for 50 hours, and turning the piles for the second time; and piling up and fermenting for 72 hours so as to obtain the fertilizer. The fermented yield-increasing fertilizer is put into a closed die to form yield-increasing fertilizer blocks, namely the qualified yield-increasing fertilizer.

Method for rapidly identifying recessively added prohibited and restricted pesticides in fertilizer

The invention discloses a method for rapidly identifying recessively added forbidden and limited pesticides in a fertilizer. The method comprises forbidden pesticide methamidophos and limited pesticide omethoate. The method comprises the following steps: weighing a solid fertilizer or a liquid fertilizer, dissolving with ultrapure water, adding acetonitrile and sodium chloride, violently mixing, standing for layering, and taking supernate; carrying out sample application on the supernate on a thin-layer plate by using a capillary tube, developing by using petroleum ether, dichloromethane and methanol, and developing by using palladium chloride; rapid identification can be carried out according to Rf values and color development of methamidophos and omethoate, the color development time of methamidophos is 2 min, the color shows deep yellow, and Rf is 0.36; the color development time of omethoate is 10 min, the color is light yellow green, and Rf is 0.41. The identification method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, does not need large-scale pretreatment equipment, is used for on-site rapid detection of solid fertilizers or liquid fertilizers, and can rapidly identify two forbidden and limited pesticides, namely methamidophos and omethoate, which are recessively added into the fertilizers only by judging color development and Rf values with naked eyes.
