43 results about "Dicofol" patented technology

Dicofol is an organochlorine pesticide that is chemically related to DDT. Dicofol is a miticide that is very effective against spider mite. One of the intermediates used in its production is DDT. This has caused criticism by many environmentalists; however, the World Health Organization classifies dicofol as a Level II, "moderately hazardous" pesticide. It is known to be harmful to aquatic animals, and can cause eggshell thinning in various species of birds.

Pretreatment method for finished tea sample for dicofol pesticide residue detection

The invention discloses a pretreatment method for a finished tea sample for dicofol pesticide residue detection. The pretreatment method comprises the following steps: adding water to moisten a crushed and dried finished tea sample, further adding a dicofol molecularly imprinted polymer, grinding, uniformly mixing, adding into a chromatographic column which is prefilled with the dicofol molecularly imprinted polymer, washing with deionized water, further eluting by using a mixed solvent composed of acetonitrile and glacial acetic acid and taken as an eluent, collecting the eluting liquid, concentrating and drying the eluting liquid, and dissolving and making the volume constant by using n-hexane. By adopting the pretreatment method, a simple grinding technique can be adopted, residual pesticides in the tea sample can be sufficiently adsorbed and extracted while cells of the tea sample are crushed, a great amount or harmful organic solvents are not used, and the analysis and detection cost can be greatly reduced; meanwhile as the dicofol molecularly imprinted polymer is taken as the adsorbent, the pretreatment method has the characteristics of high extraction efficiency on dicofol, good separation effect, small interference, small loss, accurate result and good recyclability.

Method for controlling red spiders in succulent plants

The invention relates to a method for controlling red spiders in succulent plants. The method includes the following steps that a seedling with a growing point is extracted and cut into a seedling culture plate containing cultivation soil, the periphery of the seedling is covered with straw, the cultivation time is 35 days, and watering is conducted on the seedling with decomposed chicken manure mixing water in the period; when the seedling in the seedling culture plate grows to 2-3 cm, the seedling is transplanted into a basin for cultivation, and it takes 70 days; when the plant grows to 5-7 cm and is plump, the plant is outplanted; the humidity of the basin is increased in the period, meanwhile, a preventive liquid agent is prepared from, by weight, 5 parts of abamectin, 15 parts of dicofol and the balance of water, wherein the abamectin and the dicofol are mixed and then water dilution of 1000 times is conducted, and spraying is conducted on the seedling with the preventive liquid agent. Compared with the prior art, according to the method, 5 parts of abamectin and 15 parts of dicofol are mixed and then the water dilution of 1000 times is conducted, and spraying is conducted on the seedling with the preventive liquid agent obtained, so that red spiders are effectively controlled, and the growth of the succulent plants is accelerated.

The invention provides a method for controlling red spiders of apple trees. The method comprises the following steps: from March to April, after orchard cleaning in spring, when seedlings of grass emerge, dicofol with the mass fraction of 20% is diluted by 1,000 times with water, the diluent is used for spraying to kill the red spiders coming out of hibernation on the ground and foraging on grass twice, and the time interval of the twice spray-killing is 4-6 days; from the last ten days of May to the first ten days of June, after spring shoots of the apple trees stop growing, dicofol and avermectin pyridaben of which the mass fractions are both 20% are diluted by 1,000 times with water and prepared at the volume ratio of 1:1 to spray-skill larvae, nymphs, adults and eggs of red spiders on leaves of the apple trees twice, and the time interval of the twice spray-killing is 4-6 days. The method is simple and feasible, and achieves the purposes of cost decreasing and effectiveness increasing. Compared with a conventional method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the labor amount is reduced by 60%, the chemical cost is reduced by 50-60%, nearly 100% of red spiders are killed, the apple trees can be free from red spider harm in the whole year, and overwintering eggs of the red spiders from the last ten days of August to the first ten days of September are prevented.

Preparing method for degradation agent for biological pesticide residue

The invention relates to a preparing method for a degradation agent for biological pesticide residue and belongs to the technical field of preparation of the degradation agents. The method comprises: firstly cultivating aegilops tauschii by using self-made cultivating soil, spraying pesticide and irradiating with X rays in a cultivating process, collecting aegilops tauschii straws on the surface of the cultivating soil, mixing the collected straws with water and then juicing, collecting a juiced solution and juiced residue, pouring the juiced solution into the cultivating soil containing aegilops tauschii roots for fermentation, mixing a fermented product with a glucose solution to obtain a fermentation mixture and filtering the fermentation mixture, collecting supernatant, carbonizing the juiced residue and then soaking a carrier in the glucose solution, and mixing the carrier taken out of the glucose solution with substances such as the supernatant and sodium alginate. The degradation agent for biological pesticide residue prepared through the preparing method provided by the invention is suitable for crops such as wheat, rice, soybean, corn, Chinese cabbage and leek, and is effective for pesticides such as fenpropathrin, dimehypo, carbofuran, carbofuran, dicofol, triazolone and methamidophos and is fast in degradation speed, and can be totally degraded in 9-10 days.

InactiveCN103353484BMeet Residue Testing RequirementsComponent separationLipid formationPesticide residue
The invention relates to a method for determining the residual quantity of dicofol in foods, and concretely relates to a method for determining the residual quantity of dicofol in eel and eel products. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out vortex extraction of dicofol alkalization products through using acetone-petroleum ether (1+1V+V), carrying out rotary evaporation of the obtained extract solution at 40DEG C to near dryness, adding n-hexane for dissolving residues, sulfonating by concentrated sulfuric acid to remove lipid impurities and possible-existence 4,4'-DBP in the extract solution, alkalizing dicofol to 4,4'-DBP by using a 10mol / L potassium hydroxide solution and anhydrous ethanol, and determining with a gas chromatograph provided with a micro-electronic capture detector. An external standard method is used for quantification, and when the addition concentration is 0.01-0.05mg / kg, the recovery rate is in a range of 72.2-118.3%, the relative standard deviation is less than 12.6%, and methodologic indexes satisfy the pesticide residual detection requirement. The determination method solves a problem of the unstable dicofol determination result, and eliminates a severe interference problem of complex matrixes.
