The invention discloses a tandem mass spectrometry method capable of simultaneously detecting five organic tin pesticide residues in livestock and poultry meat products. The method comprises the following steps: determining the volume of to-be-added formic acid-acetonitrile according to the protein content in a sample, extracting, deriving and purifying organic tin; carrying out derived preparation on standard working liquid, wherein the five organic tins are azocyclotin, cyhexatin, triphenyltin hydroxide, triphenyltin chloride and fenbutatin oxide, and three derivatives are derived from the sample; obtaining a standard working curve by employing gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometric detection; detecting the residual quantity from three organic tin pesticide derivatives by an external standard method; and carrying out quantitative analysis with a standard curve to obtain the concentration and the residual quantity of the sample organic tin pesticide. The GC-MS/MS detection method with extremely high sensitivity is utilized, so that the protein is determined to be a basis of the adding amount of extract liquid; primary and tandem mass spectrometry fracture paths for three organic tin derivatives are analyzed; a specific mass spectrometry condition is determined; and the tandem mass spectrometry method is a rapid and efficient method for detecting organic tin pesticides in animal food.

Avermectins and fenbutatin oxide-containing water suspending agent insecticidal pesticide and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an avermectins and fenbutatin oxide-containing water suspending agent insecticidal pesticide. A water suspending agent consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 60 percent of avermectins and fenbutatin oxide, 1 to 10 percent of dispersant, 0.5 to 5 percent of wetting agent, 0.1 to 1 percent of thickening stabilizer, 1 to 5 percent of antifreeze, 0.1 to 1 percent of defoaming agent and the balance of water, wherein the content ratio of the avermectins to the fenbutatin oxide is 1:1-50. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the water suspending agent insecticidal pesticide. The method comprises the following steps of: first, shearing the weighed avermectins, fenbutatin oxide, dispersant, wetting agent, antifreeze and water in a reaction kettle; then, grinding sheared materials and adding the weighed defoaming agent with grinding; and finally, adding the weighed thickening stabilizer and continuing shearing to obtain the water suspending agent insecticidal pesticide. The medicament of the invention can perform synergy on pests from a plurality of aspects so as to fulfill the aim of effectively controlling the pests by using low medicament dosage, and has the characteristics of low medicament cost, particularly good effect on killing citrus red mites and environmental friendliness.
