The Bacillus thuringiensis YX-1 strain involved in the invention is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, and the preservation number is CGMCC No. 5256. The invention discloses a method for controlling power limit load of a caterpillar crane. A control system thereof comprises a foot plate accelerator, a hydraulic pump, a controller and an engine, wherein, the engine is connected with a hydraulic pump by a dividing box, the foot plate accelerator is connected with the ECM accelerator input end of the engine. The engine of the invention is an EFI engine, the hydraulic pump is a proportional electronically controlled hydraulic pump, the controller is connected with the engine ECM by a CAN bus, and a PWM output port of the controller is connected with a proportional solenoid of an adjusting hydraulic pump oscillation angle. When the engine is in idle load, the engine is standardized according to a torque-rotating speed curve of the accelerator of the engine; when the engine is in load, the controller collects information on the engine according to the CAN bus; the oscillation angle of the electronically controlled hydraulic pump is adjusted by adjusting PID of the controller, so that input power of a hydraulic system is adjusted to match with the power of the engine, thus realizing operation of the engine without stalling. The control method of the invention can reduce oil consumption, lengthen service life of the engine and protect the hydraulic system from impact; in addition, the method features simple circuits, convenient realization and low cost.
