323 results about "Nitenpyram" patented technology

Nitenpyram is an insecticide used in agriculture and veterinary medicine to kill off external pests, like fleas. The compound is a neurotoxin belonging to the class of neonicotinoids, which works by blocking neural signaling of the central nervous system in specifically insects. It does so by binding irreversibly to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nACHr), causing a stop of the flow of ions in the postsynaptic membrane of neurons, leading to paralysis and death. Being highly selective towards certain variation of the nACHr, namely the types insects possess, nitenpyram has seen extensive use in targeted insecticide applications, such as pet treatment and agriculture.

Environment friendly novel dosage form of nitenpyram composition

The invention relates to a composition of novel nicotinamide insecticide nitenpyram. The preparation of the composition is a binary composition containing nitenpyram and the other insecticide. The other insecticide is buprofezin, pymetrozine, chlorpyrifos, thiamethoxam, fipronil, thiacloprid, dinotefuran, and the like. The preparation can be processed into new formulations of water dispersible granule, wettable powder, aqua, aqueous emulsion, soluble powder, colloidal suspension agent, and the like, wherein water is used as a solvent, an organic solvent is not used or used less so that the preparation has low toxicity and low residue and is environment-friendly. The nicotinamide insecticide is made of plant source farm chemical nicotinamide, and mainly acts on an acetylcholin esterase receptor of pests and the central nervous system of insects, thus the nicotinamide insecticide has high efficiency and selectivity and is safe to mammals. Compounded with other insecticides, the nicotinamide insecticide can improve the drug effect and enlarge the serviceable range. The novel nicotinamide insecticide is the optimal variety to replace highly-poisonous organophosphorus and organochlorine insecticides. The preparation of the novel nicotinamide insecticide is applied to controlling piercing mouth parts insects for rice, vegetables and other crops, and has the characteristics of low toxicity, low residue, less dosage, long lasting period, safety and no drug injuries to crops, and the like.

L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide and a preparation method thereof. The structure is shown by a general formula (I). The prior anabasine pesticide only has a function of disinsection and has no function of promoting the growth of crops. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a hydrochlorate of an L-alpha-amino acid methyl ester or ethyl ester; adding the prepared hydrochlorate of the L-alpha-amino acid methyl ester or the ethyl ester, nitenpyram, 37 percent formaldehyde and triethylamine into a round-bottom three-necked flask; and placing the round-bottom three-necked flask containing the solution in a microwave reactor, controlling the reaction temperature not more than 75 DEG C, and carrying out microwave reaction for 30 minutes to prepare the L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide shown by the general formula (I). The L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide has the advantages of high efficient insecticidal activity, good insecticidal effect, low toxicity, safety of human beings and livestock, crop growth promotion, simple using method, simple preparation method, and short reaction time.
