This invention relates to a range-extended, all-electric, lightweight
lotus root harvesting equipment. The technical solution is as follows: a
buoyancy lifting
chassis is composed of an
electric drive walking module, a frame
assembly, a
buoyancy box, and a four-point linkage lifting mechanism; a low-pressure, high-flow-rate oscillating jet module, consisting of a jet module and a
submersible pump suction module, is mounted on the
buoyancy box to provide jet power for the entire
machine; the
diesel engine of the power generation module drives a generator to output three-phase
AC power, which is then converted into DC power by a
rectifier to charge the battery module; the battery module's power is converted by an
inverter to power multiple submersible pumps, an
underwater motor, a lifting platform, and a through-type
stepper motor. The beneficial effects are: firstly, the oscillating floating jet mechanism improves harvesting efficiency; secondly, the
diesel engine generates
electricity to achieve
energy storage and range extension, while the
underwater motor's high-proportion
reducer drives the rubber tracks; simultaneously, the
electric drive enables multiple submersible pumps to work together, leveraging their high efficiency and head.
