The invention discloses a control starting
system of a
hybrid mower. Relates to the field of generators and solves the problem that an existing
mower is highly dependent on a storage battery. The generator is started through a pull disc, the output end of a charging coil of the generator is connected with a generator rectification module,
alternating current is converted into
direct current, then the
direct current is transmitted to a power supply DC-DC conversion module, and the
direct current is supplied to a single-
chip microcomputer and a driving
execution unit through
voltage stabilization
processing and charges a storage battery. The auxiliary power supply module receives the rectified direct current and converts the rectified direct current into multi-level stable low-
voltage power to meet various
peripheral requirements; the generator rotating speed acquisition module acquires and converts rotating speed signals and provides data support for single-
chip microcomputer control. When the storage battery is normal, the
system can be started to operate, the power supply DC-DC conversion module replaces a traditional
rectifier to charge the storage battery, and
continuous operation is guaranteed; and when the storage battery is lack of
electricity or damaged, after the pull disc starts the generator, the rectification module, the DC-DC conversion module and the auxiliary power supply module work cooperatively, so that operation interruption is avoided, and the emergency operation capability is improved.
