The invention relates to a method for implementing autonomous integrity of northern dipper second-generation receiver, which comprises the following steps of: step 1, according to observational equation, working out contribution of each visible satellite on GDOP, and sorting from big to small based on the GDOP values; step 2, selecting six satellites with maximum contributions for calculating; step 3, according to observational equation of the six selected satellites, forming odd-even space vector, and forming test statistic based on the odd-even space vector; step 4, according to RAIM algorithm of the odd-even space vector, checking and identifying faults; if this satellite has no fault after checking, using the six selected satellites for localization; and if this satellite has a fault after checking, removing the satellite with fault, selecting next satellite with maximum contribution of GDOP, and using new selected six satellites for localization.
