Fluorescence endoscope apparatus and method for imaging tissue within a body using the same

This present invention relates to a fluorescence endoscope apparatus, developed for diagnosing various illnesses within a body, especially for diagnosing a tumor inflamed region; and an application method of the same. The purpose of this invention is to enhance the accuracy of the examination. The fluorescence light endoscope apparatus in accordance with the present invention is comprised of an endoscope probe; a multiple light source that provides illumination light or excitation light of short wavelength onto a diagnostic region; a color CCD camera and a high sensitive monochromatic CCD camera placed on the back of an endoscope ocular lens; a reference test sample; a computer; and a monitor. The method of the present invention embodies a preliminary correction of the fluorescence endoscope apparatus of the present invention in accordance with the reference test sample; a general endoscopy using the illumination light, and an image observation and examination of the same diagnostic region using the fluorescence light and the reflected excitation light simultaneously; an auto-correction of brightness and unevenness of the fluorescence light images of the diagnostic region according to the reference test sample data; an evaluation of the brightness of the fluorescence light in the diagnosis region; storing numerical data that characterizing images and brightness of the fluorescence light in the diagnosis region; and storing image collected via two cameras as digital video clips.

Pipeline leakage checking system

The invention discloses a pipe leakage detecting system, comprising a controller and a pipe leak detector, wherein, the controller processes and store data in the pipe leak detector through a wireless technology; the pipe leak detector also comprises a sensor, an amplifier, an analog-digital conversion module, a main processor, a GPS clock synchronization control module, a wireless communication module and a power supply module, wherein, the sensor is arranged on a pipe to be detected; the amplifier is connected with the sensor; the analog-digital conversion module is connected with the amplifier; the main processor is connected with the analog-digital conversion module; the GPS clock synchronization control module is connected with the main processor; the wireless communication module is connected with the main processor; and the power supply module is connected with the main processor. In the invention, sensors are arranged on the outer wall of the pipe at intervals and receive sound waves produced by leakage points on the pipe under the condition that GPS time service error is less than 200nS, thereby realizing high sensitive detection of the pipe leakage and high precise positioning of leakage sources. In addition, the pipe leakage detecting system is characterized by low cost, small volume, light weight, being portable and convenient operation.

The invention provides a whispering gallery mode photonic device and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method of a micro ring array structure, solvent droplets are utilized to dissolve a polymer film, so that a "coffee ring effect" can be generated, and therefore, polymer can be accumulated at the periphery of liquid so as to form an annular structure of which the height is obviously different from the height of the film, and conduction and confinement of light in the polymer structure can be realized; and light signals are inputted to the micron ring structure through utilizing excitation, scattering or near field coupling modes, so that a resonance effect in a whispering gallery mode can be realized. The prepared micron ring structure can be adopted as a high-quality factor optical micro cavity, so that a modulation-mode spectrum can be obtained, the width of spectral lines of the spectrum being significantly narrowed; a whispering gallery-mode light amplification stimulated emission can be realized through optical gain; and in a multi-ring coupled array structure, light signal processing and high sensitive response to outside stimuli can be realized according to the wavelength change information of the modulated spectrum and laser modes.
