The invention relates to a
rudder wing deflection measuring method which comprises the following steps that a
base station is fixedly connected with a support and a stand column, the support is provided with a limiting groove, the two ends of a truss rod are fixedly connected to the stand column through supporting rods, and the truss rod penetrates through a fixed
pulley; the lifting hook is connected with the stacking block through the pulling
rope, the stacking block is provided with a clamping groove, the upper end and the lower end of the
rudder wing are sleeved with the clamping groove and the limiting groove respectively, and the pulling
rope winds and passes through the fixed
pulley. The head of the dial indicator is abutted against the
rudder wing, and the reading of the dial plate of the dial indicator is adjusted to an initial value; and hanging a weight on the lifting hook until the total
mass of the weight is equal to a preset threshold value, reading a final value, and taking the difference between the final value and the initial value as the deflection value of the rudder wing. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the limiting groove and the clamping groove enable the rudder wing workpiece to keep a stable positioning position and posture, the preset threshold value of the total
mass of the weights enables external loads borne by the surface of the rudder wing workpiece to be consistent, the deflection measurement working conditions of the workpiece are kept consistent as far as possible, and the comparability, precision and reliability of deflection data are improved.
