The application relates to the technical field of early warning systems, in particular to an early warning method and
system based on Beidou short message communication, which comprises the following steps: collecting meteorological,
seabed geological plate
monitoring data and offshore platform data, matching time stamps, calculating disaster intensity through regression, analyzing
exposure degree, dividing grid areas, generating risk values, sequencing and
numbering, binding terminals to form a task
queue, matching disaster types and
risk avoidance instructions, compressing and sending short messages, comparing new and old risk values, adjusting the sending order when the threshold is exceeded, and generating early warning results. In the application, meteorological,
seabed geological plate
monitoring data and offshore platform data are fused and matched with time stamps, disaster intensity is calculated, marine area
exposure degree is analyzed,
risk distribution is refined, terminals are sequenced and bound, a priority task
queue is generated, early warning information is compressed and transmitted through a
satellite, the sending order is dynamically adjusted to ensure risk priority response, and the
information transmission accuracy, efficiency and cross-region stability are improved.
