The method comprises the following steps: based on signal intensity between a first communication module of a positioning terminal and a short-distance communication base station, determining an area where the positioning terminal is located, the area comprising an indoor area and an outdoor area; the short-distance communication base station is arranged in an indoor area; when the area where the positioning terminal is located is an indoor area, determining a first positioning coordinate of the positioning terminal based on indoor positioning data obtained by interaction between the first communication module and the short-distance communication base station; and when the area where the positioning terminal is located is the outdoor area, determining a second positioning coordinate of the positioning terminal based on satellite positioning data obtained by interaction between a second communication module of the positioning terminal and the satellite positioning base station.
