rhythm; and aligning the starting point and the ending point of the action of each station one by one according to the beat phase belt, identifying the abutting area and the neutral gear area between the adjacent stations, and generating a
delay fingerprint list for recording the
time sequence deviation characteristics between the stations. According to the method, multi-station
time sequence coordination is achieved through a unified time axis and a beat phase belt, the station
rhythm is dynamically adjusted through delayed fingerprints, phase
dislocation indexes and a beat slip
list, beat conflicts and oscillation are eliminated through double-track instruction issuing and an inverse-phase
breathing window, the beat error is reduced by 60%, the synchronization precision reaches the
millisecond level, and the production stability is improved.
