water vapor transportation to obtain a final atmospheric river. The Beidou
satellite is used for providing high-precision time service, real-time positioning and short message communication services, time
synchronism and space accuracy of meteorological data are ensured, atmospheric river axis smoothness and length calculation accuracy are optimized through a three-way axis search mechanism, relative vortex and comprehensive water vapor transmission, and the atmospheric river axis smoothness and length calculation accuracy are improved. Therefore, the atmospheric river recognition reliability is remarkably improved.
