The method comprises the following steps: extracting a plurality of paths of mother-fetal mixed electrocardiosignals from different parts of mother's abdomen, and preprocessing thecollected mixed signal, wherein the preprocessing comprises the steps of correcting the baseline shift of the signals, filtering off 50Hz power frequency interference, filtering off high-frequency noise interference such as myoelectricity and the like; selecting two paths of the mother-fetus mixed electrocardiosignals according to the maximal signal-to-noise ratio and separately searching mother-fetal electrocardio wave group positions of the two paths of mixed signals with an R-wave positioning technology to obtain time intervals in which the mother-fetus electrocardio in the two paths of mixed signals are relatively sparse, converting the obtained relatively sparse time intervals into a time frequency domain by using a fuzzy function, calculating signal items and cross items in each time frequency distribution, constructing a comparison function by using generalized Rayleigh's quotient, and finally separating fetal electrocardiosignals from the two paths of mother-fetal mixed electrocardiosignals. The invention discloses a method for preparing epoxy chloropropane with the oxidation of chloropropene. The chloropropene, a solvent and fine particles of titanium silicate molecular sieve catalyst are put into a reaction pot and a hydrogen dioxide solution is added at 10 DEG C to 80 DEG C. The method is characterized in that a reaction is carried out under a subacidity condition and after the reaction, materials pass through an intermediate tank for oil-water dissociation to be divided into oil phase and water phase; the oil phase is sent into a rectifying tower for separating the chloropropene and ECH. After the water phase is filtered, a catalyst filter cake is washed by the solvent, regenerated or applied to an epoxidation reaction after being directly beat with the solvent. The ECH is extracted from an aqueous layer after filtration by the chloropropene. An extracted oil layer and an oil layer obtained from the separation of a reaction solution are combined and rectified, or the extracted oil layer is applied to the epoxidation reaction; water left from the extraction is rectified for recycling methanol and applied to the preparation of catalysts; and the method has simple procedures, small consumption amount of solvents, high separation yield of reaction products and easy realization of industrialization.

The method comprises the following steps: 1) using acetone to dilute an alcoholic beverage, and mixing for stand-by; 2) injecting a sample by a liquid injection needle, and using a GC with molecular sieve chromatographic capillary column to separate ethanol, acetone, water and other oxygen-containing compounds; 3) converting ethanol into CO with an on-line pyrolysis device; 4) determining delta 18O in CO produced by ethanol by CF-IRMS; and 5) based on a measured delta 18 O value of an isotopic reference material, correcting and calculating delta 18OVSMOW of the ethanol sample. The invention utilizes GC-TC-IRMS to realize rapid determination of oxygen stable isotope of ethanol in alcoholic beverage, and solves series of existing technical problems in pretreatment, such as ethanol purification before determination of oxygen stable isotope of alcohol in alcoholic beverage. The project can promote technological progress of ethanol oxygen isotope determination, and also provides technical methods for the future research on authentication and metabolic path of alcoholic beverage or biofuel.

According to the method, an improved magnetic activated carbon adsorption process and an Fe3O4-H2O2 based Fenton-like technology are organically combined based on the preparation of a PAC-Fe3O4 composite material, and a dyeing wastewater treatment technology integrated with adsorption and regeneration is proposed, and the materials after adsorption can be synchronously regenerated by using the Fenton-like technology in the processing system. According to the method, the adsorption property of the PAC-Fe3O4 composite material and the Fe3O4 Fenton-like catalyst characteristic are fully used. At the time that the material performs adsorption effect on the dye pollutants, H2O2 is synchronously added to form a Fe3O4-H2O2 Fenton-like system to perform regeneration, so that the processing ability of the system is effectively improved, and the processing cost is lowered. The advantages of a pure PAC process and a conventional Fenton process are organically combined, so that the shortages that the conventional PAC and the treated wastewater are difficult to separate are easily to be lost, and cannot be regenerated are solved, and the problems that ferric salt needs to be continuously added in the conventional Fenton process, and the sludge output amount is large are improved. The method has the advantages of being simple, efficient, economical and the like, thereby having a large potential market in dyeing wastewater treatment applications.

The invention provides a method for separating and purifying functional protein in plasma, which comprises the following steps of: adding soluble inorganic salt and a hydrophilic organic solvent into a plasma solution to form a two-aqueous phase extraction system, and obtaining the upper-phase extraction liquid rich in plasma functional protein; and performing further separation and purification of the extraction liquid through hydrophobic chromatography and ion exchange chromatography to obtain the plasma functional protein of which the electrophoresis purity is higher than 95%. The method provided by the invention simplifies the purifying steps of the plasma functional protein; the organic solvent/salt two-aqueous phase extraction has the advantages of convenience in solvent recovery, low cost and short phase separating time, does not need back-extraction operation and can selectively remove glucose and partial protein in the plasma; and the extraction liquid is directly separated and purified by hydrophobic chromatography and ion exchange chromatography, the complicated steps of desalination are avoided, and the separation and purification effects of the plasma functional protein are remarkably improved. The method provided by the invention solves the problems of complicated separation steps, high cost, low purity and the like in the separation and purification of functional protein in the plasma protein.
