The application adopts a sliding window method to construct time series data samples to fuse multi-source time series data and biological physical mechanisms. A double-layer LSTM module and a multi-head attention mechanism are adopted to construct a tea green leafhopper number prediction model, so that high rank expression and task self-adaptation are realized without increasing parameters, and the disaster risk of the tea green leafhopper is accurately and dynamically quantified.

Application of biopesticide in prevention and treatment of tea lesser leafhopper

The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fermentation and insect pest prevention and control, and particularly relates to application of a biopesticide to prevention and control of tea lesser leafhopper. The bacillus velezensis NM153 supernate is used for treating the tea lesser leafhopper, and the result shows that the tea lesser leafhopper can be observed to die in quantity after being treated for about 12 hours under the treatment of the bacillus velezensis NM153 supernate, and the death rate reaches 52.2%, so that the supernate has good quick-acting property, is suitable for practical application scenes in which insect pests need to be quickly controlled, and has wide application prospects. And the death rate of the tea lesser leafhopper at 24 hours reaches 91.1%. In addition, it is further verified that monensin, natamycin and dehydrohirsutine in metabolites of the bacillus velezensis NM153 have remarkable technical effects on prevention and treatment of tea lesser leafhopper.

This invention discloses a method and system for predicting the small green leafhopper in tea gardens based on a population dynamics model. The system acquires data on tea garden zoning, tea tree phenology, historical pest infestations, overwintering pest populations, and daily meteorological data to construct a structured pest life model and calculate the basic pest population dynamics for each sub-region. Combining pest monitoring with meteorological terminals, control operations and typical meteorological processes are abstracted as events. These events are triggered during model operation to correct the population state, and an assimilation algorithm is used to correct the model's predictions and observed data, yielding the posterior population state. Based on the posterior state, forward simulations of different control schemes are performed to assess pest risk and establish control windows and recommended schemes. The system consists of modules for data management, population modeling, monitoring access, event scheduling, assimilation, and prediction evaluation, enabling small green leafhopper infestation prediction and control decision support.
