The invention discloses a mobile
fermentation method for producing a concentrated
fertilizer through
humic acid. The mobile
fermentation method comprises the following steps in sequence: adding a base
fermentation substance in a dried material mixer and mixing; puffing the mixed material through a twin-screw extruding and puffing
machine; conveying the puffed material to a wet material mixer; adding yellow water to cool to 30-35 DEG C; inoculating a mixed
bacteria liquid, and fully mixing; filling the mixture into a ventilating film fermenting bag, then packing and sealing; and fermenting for 5 to 10 days in a fermentation chamber at constant temperature, thus obtaining the concentrated
fertilizer, wherein the base fermentation substance is prepared by uniformly mixing 50 to 60 parts by weight of
fulvic acid, 10 to 20 parts by weight of
vinasse, 10 to 20 parts by weight of powdered maize
straw, 5 to 10 by weight parts of
urea, 1 to 2 parts by weight of diammonium
hydrogen phosphate, and 5 to 10 parts by weight of
potassium chloride; in the base fermentation substance, the
moisture content is 20 to 30wt%, and 10 to 20 parts of yellow water by weight is added; and the mixed
bacteria liquid comprises the
bacteria liquid of
trichoderma harzianum, wet
fiber monospora, bacillus latersprorus,
bacillus megatherium,
azotobacter chroococcum,
bacillus mucilaginosus and
lactobacillus plantarum.
