The invention provides a biological
organic fertilizer, which mainly comprises
peat containing adsorbed liquid
microbial agent,
livestock-
poultry manure fermented through liquid
microbial agent, as well as
humic acid, wherein the mixture ratio is that the
peat with adsorbed
microbial agent accounts for 10 to 20 percent; the fermented
livestock-
poultry manure accounts for 35 to 45 percent; and the
humic acid accounts for 40 to 55 percent. A production method of the biological
organic fertilizer mainly comprises the steps of producing the
peat with adsorbed microbial agent and the fermented
livestock-
poultry manure, well mixing the peat with adsorbed microbial agent, the fermented livestock-poultry
manure and the
humic acid pro rate, detecting and packaging products. The biological
organic fertilizer has the advantages that the

nutrient elements,
azotobacter,
phosphorus /
potassium dissolving
bacteria and the like which are necessary for
crop growth, is free from public nuisance and
pollution, can improve soil, increase land
fertility and strengthen the
stress resistance of crops, and is low in cost, high in benefit, convenient to use and applicable to various types of soil and crops. The production process of the biological organic
fertilizer is simple, reasonable and short in the
fermentation time of livestock-poultry
