This invention discloses a pseudo-leucane-type diterpenoid compound, its extraction method, and its application, belonging to the field of insecticide technology. The compound is extracted from the whole plant of *Euphorbia pekinensis*, and the extract is obtained by repeated soaking and concentration in methanol. It is then dissolved in water at 40°C and successively extracted with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate. The extract is purified through multiple steps to obtain 16 pseudo-leucane-type diterpenoid compounds with different structures. This series of compounds can be used as active ingredients in the preparation of insecticides, exhibiting good insecticidal activity against various pests such as *Tetranychus two-spotted*, *Tetranychus carmine*, aphids, and diamondback moths at a concentration of 100 mg / L. Compound 13 showed a 48-hour lethality of 89.14% against *Tetranychus two-spotted*.
