The application discloses a method for green prevention and control of
Tetranychus urticae by Neoseiulus barkeri mediated
greenhouse 'natural enemy +
crop +
habitat regulation' integrated method, and belongs to the technical field of green prevention and control of
greenhouse pests. The method takes N. barkeri as a core
control factor, and organically integrates precise release of
natural enemies, healthy cultivation of crops and dynamic regulation of
greenhouse habitats. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: installing a disinfection and pest prevention net before planting; cultivating crops in a healthy manner, and planting driving-avoiding and covering plants in
intercropping; releasing 100-300 N. barkeri per
square meter, and then releasing the N. barkeri once every 1-2 weeks; planting
nectar plants, regulating temperature and
humidity to 22-28 DEG C and 60%-75%, and hanging yellow and blue plates; regularly monitoring, and releasing
natural enemies or selecting safe biological pesticides for auxiliary prevention and control when the control threshold is exceeded; and cleaning and disinfecting after pulling seedlings and rotating crops. The method realizes persistent
colonization and
population self-maintenance of
natural enemies, significantly reduces the use of chemical pesticides, and improves
crop yield and quality.
