The present utility model discloses a
machine made up of stainless steel for its housing, stainless cup for the shredder drum, Galvanize Iron for the Tapered Screw,
Washer, Strainer, Customize
Pulley and a Steel Shaft. When the
chop papaya fed into the hopper where the shredder is located inside, shredding process begin, as the papaya is being push inside the hopper the papaya peel and the papaya
flesh are separated at the same time, the papaya
flesh being shred goes inside the shredder drum while the papaya peel is being ejected in the peel outlet due to the clearance of the hopper and the shredder drum. The shredded papaya inside the drum is being scraped by the Tapered screw. The Tapered screw and the Shredder drum have different speed for the shredded papaya to be scraped by the Tapered screw. The
washer at the exit of the shredded papaya is being held at the exit by a spring so that the papaya moving forward the exit won’t come out until its full compress shredded papaya
flesh at the
exit point and the squeezing occurs and the
moisture content of the papaya flesh is reduce due to the
washer and the continuous compressing at the
exit point then suddenly pushing the
washer forward when the spring reach its limit capacity of load that it can
handle, making the reduce moist papaya flesh to come out at the exit.
