This invention relates to new uses of anti-CD40 antibodies in the treatment of diseases or conditions associated with neoplastic B-cell growth in particular use of anti-CD40 antibodies in combination with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone (CHOP). This disclosure describes a chopper stabilized instrumentation amplifier. The amplifier is configured to achieve stable measurements at low frequency with very low power consumption.
