The hapten provided by the invention can expose common epitopes of fipronil and metabolites thereof to the greatest extent, can be used for preparing broad-spectrum specific monoclonal antibodies with uniform cross reaction rate and high sensitivity, and can realize high-specificity and sensitivity detection of fipronil or main metabolites thereof.

The immunogenicity of the antigen is improved; the artificial antigen and the monoclonal antibody prepared from the hapten are high in specificity when being used for ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) detection, and the IC50 value is 0.14 g / L; when being used in a colloidal gold immunochromatography technology, the sensitivity of the diflubenzuron in a standard solution is 0.5 g / kg, and the detection sensitivity of the diflubenzuron in a sample is 5g / kg.
