The invention discloses molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for detecting melamine and a preparation method thereof. The MIPs are prepared by the steps as follows: cyromazine is used as a virtual moulding board and is polymerized with a functional monomer, a cross linker agent, a pore-foaming agent and an initiator at the temperature from 50 to 80 DEG C to obtain a bulk polymer; and after being processed by the operations of pulverization, screen separation, moulding board removal by acetic acid methanol and methanol, the bulk polymer is processed by vacuum drying to prepare the MIPs which have high cross reaction and outstanding selectivity to melamine. The invention selects the cyromazine as the virtual moulding board to prepare the MIPs, and avoids the problem that the melamine is hard to dissolve in a polymerization system and the problem that when the MIPs prepared by using the melamine as the moulding board is used for solid phase extraction of fill materials, moulding board leakage can lead to an inaccurate result; the invention selects the mixed system of methanol and water as the pore-foaming agent, and the prepared MIPs have high compatibility with the melamine in an aqueous solution; and used as a sample pre-processing material for analyzing the melamine, the prepared MIPs have broad application prospect.

The present invention discloses a method for simultaneous detection of a plurality of content of non-protein nitrogen-containing compounds in milk by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, the method is as follows: adding a protein precipitant into a to-be-tested sample, whirling, centrifuging, adding a degreasing agent into supernatant, whirling, centrifuging, removing a degreasing agent layer, concentrating a lower clearing liquid, dissolving with ammonia acetonitrile, whirling, performing column chromatography with a HLB solid phase extraction column, collecting an eluant, concentrating, dissolving with a liquid mixture of a 0.15% formic acid aqueous solution (containing 5mM of ammonium acetate) and acetonitrile in the volume ratio of 1: 9, and filtering to obtain a to-be-tested solution; preparing a standard mixing working solution series; respectively injecting the standard mixing working solution series and the to-be-tested solution under liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry conditions, making a standard curve, and calculating the content of the non-protein nitrogen-containing compounds in the to-be-tested solution according to the standard curve. The method can be used to simultaneously detect the content of at least two of dicyclanil, dicyandiamide, biuret, cyromazine and melamine, and is high in accuracy and strong in sensitivity.

The invention discloses a method for preparing cyromazine. The method includes steps of 1), dissolving cyanuric chloride in organic solvents under stirring conditions at the temperature of 0-5 DEG C,then dropwise adding industrial ammonia water into the organic solvents to obtain mixtures, heating the mixtures until the temperatures of the mixtures reach 40-45 DEG C, carrying out thermal reactionfor 5-6.5 h to obtain reaction liquid, separating solvents from the reaction liquid, adding purified water into residual liquid, stirring the purified water and the residual liquid for 1-1.5 h to obtain mixed liquid, cooling the mixed liquid until the temperature of the mixed liquid reaches the room temperature and carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain an intermediate which is 2-chlorine-4.6-diamino-1.3.5-triazine; 2), adding the intermediate prepared at the step 1) into purified water at the room temperature, adding cyclopropylamine into the purified water to obtain first mixtures, heating the first mixtures until the temperatures of the first mixtures reach 90-95 DEG C, dropwise adding acid binding agents into the first mixtures to obtain second mixtures, regulating the pH (potential of hydrogen) of the second mixtures until the pH of the second mixtures reaches 7.5-8.5, then carrying out reaction at the temperature of 98-100 DEG C for 3.5-4.5 h, carrying outdecolorization and filter to obtain reaction solution, cooling the reaction solution until the temperature of the reaction solution reaches 40-50 DEG C, crystallizing the reaction solution for 1-2 h,continuing to cool crystals until the temperatures of the crystals range from -5 DEG C to 0 DEG C, carrying out suction filtration and washing and then carrying out drying to obtain the cyromazine. The method has the advantages that the method includes simple processes and is high in safety and low in cost, and industrial production can be facilitated; the cyromazine which is a product is high inpurity, low in impurity content and good in stability.
