The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and relates to a method for extracting astaxanthin from haematococcus pluvialis. The method comprises the steps of culturing a seed stock solution in a glass apparatus with a drainage system, and carrying out later amplification culture of the haematococcus pluvialis and accumulation culture of the astaxanthin after 10-15 d; centrifuging a culture in an exponential growth period of seed culture; and inoculating cell clusters in a BBM basal medium to obtain a primary culture. The later accumulation culture of the astaxanthin is amplification culture by using a breathable plastic bag type simple device provided by the invention. In the accumulation stage, a stress culturing method is adopted to obtain a lab-scale test haematococcus pluvialis culture; and haematococcus pluvialis powder is obtained by spray drying. According to a preparation technology that extracts astaxanthin from the haematococcus pluvialis by adopting an ultrasonic cell disruption assisted mixed solvent extraction method, the haematococcus pluvialis powder is added in an organic solvent to carry out ultrasonic cell disruption, and then the astaxanthin is obtained by the steps of reflux extraction in a water bath, suction filtration, filtrate merging and concentration. Compared with a conventional direct extraction method, the method provided by the invention saves extraction time, and increases astaxanthin yield.

The invention relates to a method for recovering tetrahydrofuran from Grignard reaction waste residue of magnesium chloride. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving and distilling: respectively adding the waste residue of magnesium chloride and water to a reaction kettle; stirring to be fully dissolved; heating so that tetrahydrofuran solvent is dissociated and continuously vaporized; then, condensing into liquid, receiving to obtain a crude product A; (2) drying and dewatering: drying by alkali and a molecular sieve until water content is smaller than 0.1 percent; standing still and precipitating, transferring clear liquid at an upper layer to a filter; filtering to obtain a crude product B; (3) rectifying: transferring the crude product B to a tower kettle of a rectifying tower; heating to vaporize and regurgitate the tetrahydrofuran in the rectifying tower; slowly distilling a front cut fraction after regurgitation is lasted for 1-2 hours until the tetrahydrofuran content is larger than 99.8 percent, and starting to collect a boiling reagent to obtain the rectified tetrahydrofuran. The technical scheme of the invention greatly lowers the unit consumption of thetetrahydrofuran in the Grignard reaction and has simple and convenient treatment method and low cost.

The methanol gasoline rubber anti-swelling agent consists of 30 to 60 percent of fatty alcohol, 10 to 30 percent of calcium petroleum sulfonate, 8 to 20 percent of sulfonate, 7 to 18 percent of synthetic calcium sulfonate salt and 2 to 15 percent of alkylphenol calcium salt in percentage by weight. 0.012 to 0.028 percent of industrial product of the methanol gasoline rubber anti-swelling agent is added in methanol gasoline with different brands of between M15 and M100 and can reduce the volume swelling of the rubber by 40 to 46 percent. After methanol gasoline added with the methanol gasoline rubber anti-swelling agent is used in an automobile, the driving journey is 50,000 kilometers; compared with the methanol gasoline without methanol gasoline rubber anti-swelling agent, the test shows that the volume swelling of the rubber is reduced by 45 to 50 percent. Compared with lead-free gasoline, the test shows that the swelling rate of the methanol gasoline added with the methanol gasoline rubber anti-swelling agent is equal to that of the lead-free gasoline and achieves the equivalent effect with the lead-free gasoline. The methanol gasoline rubber anti-swelling agent has the characteristics of low cost, easy preparation, convenient use, good effect and the like.

Method of rapidly determining fluoroquinolone type medicines in faeces of livestock and poultry

The invention relates to a novel method of extracting fluoroquinolone type medicines in faeces of livestock and poultry. The method includes 1) grinding a freeze-dried sample of faeces of livestock and poultry, and sieving; 2) weighing 0.50-1.00 g of the sample, adding into a centrifuge tube, adding 5-10 mL of a calcium chloride-hydrochloric acid buffer solution having a concentration of 50%, performing vortex mixing for 1 min, performing ultrasonic extraction for 15-30 min, centrifuging at a speed of 4500 r/min for 10 min, and collecting the supernate; 3) separately subjecting standard samples of one or more than two of the fluoroquinolone type medicines to qualitative analysis by a high performance liquid chromatography instrument, and determining retention time; 4) creating a standard curve for each fluoroquinolone type medicine compound by adopting peak area as a vertical coordinate and adopting a concentration (ng/mL) corresponding to each fluoroquinolone type medicine as a horizontal ordinate; and 5) measuring the content of each target compound in the sample to be measured by high performance liquid chromatography, determining the type of each target compound according to the retention time, and determining the content of each target compound according to the corresponding standard curve. The method is good in repeatability and high sensitivity.

A method for determining long-term shear strength of a rock structural surface is provided. The method includes firstly preparing a rock structural surface sample; subjecting the sample to a shear creep indoor test to obtain a shear creep curve of the sample; determining a long-term shear strength range of the rock structural surface through a shear creep indoor test; building a shear creep modelof the sample according to the shear creep curve of the sample so as to obtain model parameters; building a numerical model of the sample according to the dimension of the sample and characteristics of the structural surface; and equally dividing the obtained long-term shear strength range into a plurality of parts as values of horizontal shear stress applied in a numerical test, and subjecting the sample to a shear creep numerical test to obtain an accurate value of the long-term shear strength of the rock structural surface. The range of the long-term shear strength of the rock structural surface is determined according to an indoor test result firstly, and the long-term shear strength of the rock structural surface is accurately obtained based on a numerical test result.
