The invention provides a high-efficiency defoliating and ripening agent used before picking cotton. The high-efficiency defoliating and ripening agent is prepared by the following steps of: fully stirring 250 to 850 kilograms of ethrel, 55 to 200 kilograms of thidiazuron, 0.50 to 1.90 kilograms of DT34 auxiliary agent and 0.15 to 0.60 kilograms of DM12 auxiliary agent in a reaction kettle in turn; fully dissolving 15 to 53 kilograms of water and 0.18 to 0.22 kilograms of silicone antifoaming agent in advance to obtain solution; adding the solution; and stirring for 25 to 30 minutes at normal temperature and normal pressure to obtain a finished product. The defoliating and ripening agent is sprayed in an application dosage of 80 to 120ml/mu when the cotton fiber grow rate is over 60 to 70 percent before picking the cotton. The defoliating and ripening agent is sprayed at 6 to 8 pm in September to October of the maturation period of the cotton; rainy days are avoided; and the defoliating and ripening agent can be re-sprayed if the defoliating and ripening agent is caught in the rain. The product combines the efficiencies of ripening and defoliating, saves labor, time and effort, greatly improves labor production efficiency and cotton quality rate, and lays a solid foundation for manual fast harvest and mechanical one-time harvest. Compared with a conventional single product, the picking period is 15 to 20 days earlier and the average defoliation rate is over 90 percent.

The invention discloses a fruit and vegetable preservative. The fruit and vegetable preservative comprises the active ingredients of prochloraz and thidiazuron, wherein prochloraz is a prochloraz active compound or prochloraz manganese salt or prochloraz copper salt, prochloraz accounts for 10wt%-70wt% of the fruit and vegetable preservative, thidiazuron accounts for 0.02wt%-5wt% of the fruit and vegetable preservative, the balance of auxiliary components which are allowable to use and acceptable in farm chemicals is complemented, and the weight ratio of prochloraz to thidiazuron is (5-500):1. The fruit and vegetable preservative disclosed by the invention can be prepared into a suspending agent, a suspoemulsion, wettable powder and water dispersable granules by known methods. The fruit and vegetable preservative disclosed by the invention is used for storage and preservation of vegetables and fruits after harvesting by complexing prochloraz and thidiazuron, has good mildew-proof and sterilization effects for the vegetables and the fruits, can prolong the storage period of the vegetables and the fruits, realize a prominent green-retaining effect and ensure the storage quality of the vegetables and the fruits, has no chemical residues, and is safe and convenient to use, low in cost and easy to operate and popularize.

The invention provides a method for rapidly obtaining regenerated plants of fiber hemps. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out sterile treatment on seeds of the fiber hemps and sowing seeds to obtain sterile seedlings; (2) tearing cotyledons from the sterile seedlings with the seedling ages of 2-3 days; cutting off leaf tips and putting into a bud induction culture medium containing thidiazuron and alpha-naphthylacetic acid to be cultured; (3) after culturing by the step (2) for 18-24 days, cutting off adventitious buds when the adventitious buds stretch to be 1cm-2cm high; transferring the adventitious buds into a rooting culture medium containing indolebutyric acid to be cultured and rooted, wherein the culture time is 35-42 days; and obtaining rooted seedlings. With the adoption of the method, explants are convenient and rapid to take, the period is short, the induction regeneration rate is relatively high and cotyledon explants can be obtained by only 3 days; and strong regenerated cluster buds are obtained by only 18-24 days; and seeds can be sowed at any time to obtain the explants, and the process is not limited by factors including material taking seasons, a disinfection process and the like, so that the method is suitable for hemp genetic transformation researches.

The invention relates to a method for measuring residual quantity of thidiazuron and diuron as well as metabolites thereof in cotton, which comprises the following concrete steps: weighing 20.0g of sample; putting the sample into a conical flask with a plug; adding 50mL of acetonitrile and 10mL of distilled water; oscillating and extracting for 60min on an oscillator; adding 6.0-10g of sodium chloride into the filtered solution; oscillating for 2-5min; standing for layering; collecting the organic phase at the upper layer; dehydrating by anhydrous sodium sulfate; carrying out decompression concentration in a water bath at 40 DEG C for nearly drying; blow-drying by nitrogen gas; adding 10-20mL of ethyl acetate; then pre-leaching by adopting a C18 column and 5mL of ethyl acetate; sampling; leaching by 10mL of ethyl acetate; collecting the leacheate; carrying out decompression concentration in the water bath at 40 DEG C for nearly drying; blow-drying by nitrogen gas; metering the volume by 2mL of methanol; filtering by a filter membrane; and measuring by adopting a DAD detector. The measuring method of the invention simplifies the extracting steps, reduces the consumption of solventssuch as toluene dichloride and the like, and reduces the interference of impurities in the sample by using solid phase extraction and purification so that the result is more accurate, sensitive and reliable.
