This invention discloses a composition for prolonging the flowering period of durian and a method for regulating the flowering period of durian. The composition includes: a first spray agent, consisting of the following components in the indicated weight ratios: 5-20g of
cytokinin-like substances; 1-5g of
gibberellin-like substances; 10-30g of
polyamine-like substances; 5-15g of
boron source; 100-300g of energy-regulating components; 1-5g of slow-release carrier and penetration-promoting components; and water to 1000g; and a second spray agent, consisting of the following components in the indicated weight ratios: 20-50g of flowering
rhythm-regulating components, which are composed of 5-10g of
paclobutrazol, 3-8g of
uniconazole, and 0.5-2g of
chlorpyrifos; 2-5g of slow-release carrier and penetration-promoting components; and water to 1000g. This invention, through the combined design of the first spray agent (flowering
promoter) and the second spray agent (flowering control), transforms the
initiation of durian flower buds from a "single trigger" to a "controllable, phased trigger," thereby prolonging the flowering period while maintaining or even improving fruit-setting capacity.
