The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out vinyl modification on the surface of Fe3O4 (at) SiO2-CH = CH2 particles to obtain Fe3O4 (at) SiO2-CH = CH2 particles, and carrying out copolymerization on the Fe3O4 (at) SiO2-CH = CH2 particles and Fe3O4 (at) SiO2-CH = CH2 by adopting a surface imprinting method and taking sulfadimidine as a template molecule, methyl methacrylate as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent so as to prepare the Fe3O4 (at) SiO2-CH = CH2 molecularly imprinted polymer. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer obtained by the invention can quickly identify sulfadimidine under the action of an external magnetic field, is simple to prepare, good in adsorbability, relatively low in cost and convenient to recycle, can be repeatedly utilized, and has a relatively good application prospect.
