Problems solved by technology

[0003] Gas chromatography and liquid chromatography are currently the main methods for analyzing dicofol residues at home and abroad. These two methods have high sensitivity, but the sample pretreatment process is relatively complicated, and the time-consuming (more than 1 day) is not conducive to rapid analysis. Expensive, high cost, not suitable for popularization
The my country Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau has formulated an industry standard for the inspection method of dicofol in tea. This method adopts the process of extraction, concentration, purification, and alkaline hydrolysis, and the operation steps are relatively complicated.

Embodiment 2-13

[0047] With the same batch of tea leaves, the amount of sulfuric acid in step 3) was replaced by the data in Table 1 for the test, and the content of dicofol was calculated by a spectrophotometer. The rest of the conditions were the same as in Example 1, and the results were shown in Table 1.

[0048] Example 2

[0049] It can be seen from the above table that under the same conditions, the detection accuracy of sulfuric acid is much better than that without sulfuric acid; the effect is better when the amount of sulfuric acid is 0.5-5ml, especially when the amount of sulfuric acid is 0.8-1.2ml, the effect is the best.

Embodiment 14

[0051] With the same batch of tea leaves, the temperature and time of step 1) and 3) tea water bath heating are according to the data in Table 2, and the content of dicofol is calculated by a spectrophotometer. The rest of the conditions are the same as in Example 1, and the results are shown in Table 2.

[0052]

[0053]

[0054] It can be seen from the table above that under the same conditions, the residual amount of dicofol detected by heating in a water bath at 90-100°C for 1-10 minutes is above 5, and the effect is better at 2-7 minutes.

Embodiment 15

[0056] A detection kit, which is used to detect the content of dicofol in tea, the kit includes a box body and:

[0057] g) n-hexane, which is packaged in a glass reagent bottle;

[0058] h) acetone, which is packaged in a glass reagent bottle;

[0059] i) pyridine, which is packaged in a glass reagent bottle;

[0060] j) sulfuric acid, which is packaged in a glass reagent bottle;

[0061] k) sodium hydroxide solution, which is packaged in a plastic reagent bottle;

[0062] l) Instructions for use, which record the operation method of using the kit to detect the residual amount of dicofol in tea leaves.

[0063] Wherein the reagent bottle is a reagent bottle that can be opened and sealed repeatedly.

[0064] The instructions for use can be instructions for use, descriptions of detection methods, detection and judgment standards, etc., and can be in the form of paper, cards, etc. printed with relevant information. The instructions for use basically record the information de...

Abstract

The invention discloses a quick detection method of residual quantity of dicofol in tea leaves and a detection kit therefor. The detection method includes the steps of: 1) preparing a plurality of n-hexane solutions of the dicofol with successively different concentrations to obtain standard solutions, thereby obtaining standard color developing solutions with certain color gradient and known content of the dicofol; 2) weighing a proper amount of a tea leaf sample to prepare a sample treatment solution; 3) adding a proper amount of sulfuric acid to the sample treatment solution, centrifuging the sample treatment solution to obtain a supernatant, adding a sodium hydroxide solution and pyridine, uniformly mixing the mixture and heating the mixture in water bath to obtain a colored sample color developing solution; and 4) comparing the colored sample color developing solution with the standard color developing solutions to obtain the content of the dicofol in the tea leaf sample. The method can quickly and easily detect the residual quantity of the dicofol in tea leaves, has high sensitivity and is suitable for unprofessional operators in in-situ quick detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of tea analysis, in particular to a chemical reaction-based rapid detection method for residual dicofol in tea and a detection kit thereof. Background technique [0002] Dicofol (DTMC), alias Kaile San, chemical name is 2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-bis(4-chlorophenyl)ethanol, it is hydrolyzed by strong base, and it is synthesized based on the principle of DDT A broad-spectrum and low-toxic organochlorine acaricide, mainly used to prevent and control various mite damages on cotton, fruit trees, flowers, etc. Since dicofol is not easy to decompose and has a high residual amount, it is a difficult-to-degrade endocrine disrupting substance. More and more evidence proves that dicofol, when exposed to the environment, interferes with the endocrine system of fish, birds, mice and other animals, and is also harmful to humans. Strong estrogenic effects, such as increasing the incidence of human prostate cancer, etc., should ...
