The method comprises steps as follows: a certain quantity of quantum dot solutions (dissolved in n-hexane) are added to a three-neck flask, a trace of tetramethoxysilane is added, the mixture is put in a glove box and stirred at a certain temperature for 12-24 h, and silanized quantum dotsare obtained; the silanized quantum dots are put in an n-hexane solution reagent bottle, a certain amount of 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane is added, sealing is performed, the mixture is stirred at acertain temperature for 0.5-1 h, tetramethoxysilane is added, the mixture is stirred for 0.5-2 h, precipitates appear in a solution, a quantum dot solution is centrifugally separated, and the silica-coated inorganic perovskite quantum dots are obtained after cleaning. The method is simple to operate, low in reaction temperature, shorter in preparation time and high in repeatability. The preparedsilica-coated inorganic perovskite quantum dots have high light emitting efficiency, are more uniform in coating, have uniform particle sizes and are complete in coating.
