The invention discloses an all-in-one heavy
metal online analyzer which comprises a multi-ported valve, at least one
reagent bottle, a pure water cylinder, a
plunger pump, a mixing cylinder, a reactor and a waste liquid cylinder, wherein the at least one
reagent bottle is respectively in
pipe connection with each port of the multi-ported valve, the mixing cylinder is provided with a stirrer, one port of the multi-ported valve is communicated with air, the volume of a liquid carrying tube between the multi-ported valve and the
plunger pump is greater than the volume of a single
reagent with the maximum volume required in the analysis process, the mixing cylinder and the reactor are in
pipe connection with the pure water cylinder and a
water sample cylinder through a selection valve and a sampling pump and can be used for respectively pumping liquid to the mixing cylinder or the reactor from the pure water cylinder or the
water sample cylinder, the mixing cylinder is in
pipe connection with a quantitative / liquid discharging pump which can pump evenly-stirred mixed liquid to the reactor, and the quantitative / liquid discharging pump and the selection valve are also in pipe connection among the waste liquid cylinder, the mixing cylinder and the reactor so as to pump waste liquid in the mixing cylinder and the reactor into the waste liquid cylinder. The invention also discloses a method for analyzing
heavy metals in a
water sample by utilizing the all-in-one heavy
metal online analyzer. The invention has the advantages of low cost, low
detection limit (the
detection limit can reach a ppt (part per trillion) level), no secondary
pollution, small maintenance amount and low operation cost.
