The present invention discloses a convex aspheric surface reflector surface shape detection device and method which can detect a convex aspheric surface reflector of a large caliber (the caliber is more than 200 mm) by using a CGH compensator of a small size on the condition of guaranteeing the detection precision. The device of the present invention converges the light beams via a lens, so that the caliber of the adopted CGH compensator is very small, and the CGH compensator can realize the high-precision detection of the surface shape of the convex aspheric surface reflector of the large caliber within a high-precision processing size range. The method of the present invention is characterized by combining the phase difference compensation effect of the CGH compensator to the wavefrontsand the convergence effect of the lens to the light beams and using the CGH compensator of the small size to detect the convex aspheric surface reflector of the large caliber, solves the problems thata conventional CGH compensation detection method only can detect the surface shape of the convex aspheric surface reflector of the small caliber, and can detect the convex aspheric surface reflectorsof various curved surface types by being compared with the conventional convex aspheric surface reflector surface shape detection method.

The adapter includes a bolt catch actuator slidably mounted therein. Magazines for which the adapter is intended include an upwardly extending rear projection of the follower, projecting from an opening in the rear of the magazine housing when the follower is in an upper portion of the magazine. When the upwardly extending projection pushes upward on the bolt catch actuator, the bolt catch is actuated, holding the firearms bolt in a rearward position. The magazine adapter thereby facilitates use of the original firearm controls with a caliber conversion unit, or with an upper receiver and barrel combination of a different caliber.

A target-ball column-shaped magnet is arranged at the center of the sphere groove to absorb the target-ball so as to realize the self centering. The hollow positioning column (4) is divided into four pieces of elastic positioning pieces by the cross groove and the elastic positioning pieces generate elastic distortion to lead the positioning column to closely contact with apertures to be measured so as to eliminate the mounting clearance between the two parts, avoid the bigger deviation of the measurement result and reduce the mounting error of the target-ball mounting seat. The self-centering target-ball mounting seat is especially suitable for the laser tracing measurement of apertures of 3 to 8mm and the aperture tolerance under IT12.

Ultrasonic detection method for weld joint of small-caliber pipe shelf angle

The invention provides an ultrasonic detection method for a weld joint of a small-caliber pipe shelf angle. A digital ultrasonic fault detector is adopted to calculate and determine the refraction angle of a probe utilizing the formula that beta is equal to or larger than tan<-1>[(H+L0) / 2T] according to weld joints of pipe shelf angles in various specifications, so that the acoustic beam axis of the primary reflection wave can reach the end part of a pipe adapter, wherein H is the sum of the weld joint of the shelf angle, the depth of a header groove and the insertion depth of the pipe adapter, and T is the wall thickness of the pipe adapter; a monocrystal transverse wave angle probe with a corresponding refraction angle is adopted for detection from the outer side of the pipe shelf, so that a defect at the root part of the welt joint of the shelf angle can be effectively detected, a defect wave and structural wave can be accurately identified, missed detection and wrong detection during the detection of the workpieces can be reduced, and the accuracy of the detection work can be greatly improved.
