enzyme and a preparation method thereof, a COF-based nanoscale

enzyme sensor and a method for detecting
phoxim residues by using the sensor. The COF-based nanoscale enzyme sensor in the application is synergistically designed by
valine functionalization and MnO2 nanoscale enzyme loading, provides rich recognition sites and catalytic active centers, significantly promotes interface
electron transfer, and thus amplifies the detection
signal. In addition, a
machine learning module is introduced in the detection method, which can accurately analyze complex electrochemical signals, effectively distinguish target signals from interference
noise, significantly improve the accuracy, reproducibility and anti-interference ability of detection, and provide a
universal solution for
rapid detection of various samples and multiple targets.
