The photosensitizer is characterized in that the two bridged ends of polyethylene glycol (PEG) diamine are respectively connected with folic acid and porphin with substituent groups, wherein other substituent groups can be connected with the porphin, and the average molecular weight of PEG is 1000-10000. According to the preparation method of the water-soluble molecular target porphin photosensitizer, PEG diamine reacts with folic acid so as to produce PEG amine which is obtained from single folic acid, and the PEG amine has amidation with carboxyl, acyl chloride or anhydride substituent group on the porphin so as to obtain the porphin-PEG-folic acid target photosensitizer. The photosensitizer has good photodynamic activity, tumor target performance and good water solubility and is applicable to intravenous administration; the phagocytosis of macrophage to the photosensitizer can be reduced, the body circulation time of the photosensitizer is prolonged and the bioavailability of the photosensitizer is improved. The process is as follows: firstly, adding a solvent into a multi-phase reaction separating synchronous reactor, wherein the reactor comprises a stirring reaction tower with a reflux device, and at least two constant-temperature settling towers communicated with the bottom of the stirring reaction tower, and the stirring reaction tower internally comprises a gas-phase region and a reaction region; during reaction, filling the solvent in the reaction region and the constant-temperature settling towers, adding reaction materials pyrrole and aromatic aldehyde into the stirring reaction tower to contact and react with inlet air when the temperature is increased to the reflux temperature of the solvent, directly settling the tetraaryl porphin generated by the reaction into the constant-temperature settling towers from the reaction region under gravity action until the constant-temperature settling tower are filled up with the tetraaryl porphin, and switching the stirring reaction tower to be communicated with the other constant-temperature settling tower filled up with the solvent, and carrying out the process alternatively to realize continuous production. The continuous production process disclosed by the invention can be used for continuously producing high-purity tetraaryl porphin with high yield and low cost.

According to the invention, a novel luminescentcomposite material Au (at) BSA MSs-Luminol and ZIF-8-TCPP are successfully prepared, and a potential resolution type electrochemical luminescence biosensor is developed for simultaneously detecting alpha2, 3-sialylated glycan and alpha2, 6-sialylated glycan. Luminol and meso-tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) porphin (TCPP) can emit optical signals at positive and negative potentials respectively. The formula (I) is shown in the specification. The bovine serum albumin doped gold microspheres (Au-BSA MSs) have a large number of active sites and excellent conductivity, and can be used for immobilizing more biological materials and remarkably improving luminol signals. Zeolite imidazolate skeleton-8 (ZIF-8) has a stable skeleton structure and a rough surface, and can provide more active sites for immobilizing biological materials and stabilize optical signals of meso-tetra (4-carboxyphenyl) porphin in an immobilization manner. Besides, based on the design of a magnetic capture probe 3-aminophenylboronic acid-magnetic microspheres (APBA-MMs), the construction process of the sensor is carried out in a solution, and compared with construction on an electrode, the sensor has a wider linear range.
