high pressure, and finally, low-temperature
drying, which not only avoids the heat damage of high temperature to the blueberry kernels, but also adapts to different specifications of blueberries, and the obtained blueberry products not only have a high peeling rate, but also have a good taste and a high nutritional value; meanwhile, the color of the obtained finished products is uniform, only a small amount of color is mixed, thereby improving the application of the blueberries in various mixed
