Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the allelopathy between plants has become an important scientific issue in ecological research. The research fields mainly focus on the invasion of alien species, community succession, genetic breeding and agricultural and forestry production, etc., and have achieved remarkable results; the geographical scope of the research Mainly in the coastal, temperate and tundra areas; the plant species are mainly crops, forest plants, flowers, pastures, medicinal materials and aquatic plants. The research on the allelopathic effect between plants in arid desert areas in my country has rarely been reported abroad, but has not yet been reported. Attract the attention of domestic scholars

Embodiment Construction

[0023] From the perspective of plant allelopathy, the present invention studies the effect of water extract of plant stems and leaves on the seed germination and seedling growth of the endangered psammophyte Ilex japonica, clarifies its allelopathic mechanism, and aims to explore the interaction between camels and other species At the same time, it can provide a more comprehensive method to think about the distribution pattern of populations in desert areas, the mechanism of interspecific competition, the law of community succession, and many other aspects from the perspective of external conditions of plant growth.

[0024] The invention not only helps to enrich the research theory of allelopathy, but also has great significance for guiding the vegetation construction in this area.

[0025] The present invention will be specifically introduced below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing the seed germination rate of ammopiptanthus mongolicus through allelopathy of peganum harmala. The method comprises steps as follows: 1, test material treatment: the peganum harmala is dried, crushed and sieved; 2, preparation of an extracting liquid: the extracting solution is prepared sequentially through water extraction, ultrasonic extraction, water extraction and centrifugation; 3, seed culture: a peganum harmala stem leaf water extracting solution is injected to a culture dish where ammopiptanthus mongolicus seeds are sown, the culture dish is covered with a lid and put in an intelligent manual climatic box for culture, the temperature is kept 25 DEG C in the daytime and 20 DEG C at night, the humidity is kept 75%, the illumination is performed for 12 h, and the light intensity is 8,000 LX. The method has the benefits as follows: (1) the cost is low; (2) the germination rate is high and ranges from 83% to 89% (the germination rate is 58% in the contrast group); (3) the germination speed is high, and the average germination index ranges from 61.5%-66% (the average germination index is 53% in the contrast group); (4) no chemicals are used, and the method causes no pollution to the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for increasing the germination rate of seeds, in particular to a method for improving the germination rate of holly holly seeds by using the allelopathic effect of camel poncho, and belongs to the technical field of breeding. Background technique [0002] The allelopathy of plants refers to the effect that plants growing in the ecosystem or their litter release specific chemical substances to the environment through various ways to promote or inhibit the germination and growth of their own or neighboring plant seeds. [0003] At present, the allelopathy between plants has become an important scientific issue in ecological research. The research fields mainly focus on the invasion of alien species, community succession, genetic breeding and agricultural and forestry production, etc., and have achieved remarkable results; the geographical scope of the research Mainly in the coastal, temperate and tundra areas; the plant s...
