The present application relates to a method for improving transplant
survival rate of
kadsura coccinea, belonging to the technical field of horticultural
plant cultivation. After the peanut is germinated, the peanut is planted together with the
kadsura coccinea during the operation of
lying planting, and the AM mycorrhizal
fertilizer is added to the substrate during the operation of soil substrate preparation, so that more
symbiotic bacteria are produced under the
joint action of the peanut and the mycorrhizal
fertilizer in the substrate, and the symbiotic relationship is formed with the
root system of the
kadsura coccinea, the
nutrient absorption of the
kadsura coccinea plant is promoted, and the
survival rate of the
kadsura coccinea is improved. During the operation of root incision, more wound surfaces are formed on the root of the
kadsura coccinea plant, so that more
callus tissues are formed on the root, thereby more root systems are differentiated. During the operation of air-
drying of roots, the air-
drying of roots of the kadsura coccinea plant can prevent infection of wound flow, and create moderate
drought stress, so that the
root system is differentiated after rapid water absorption after
transplanting. During the operation of root
grafting, more rooting sites are regenerated at the root
grafting position of the kadsura coccinea, and more root systems are differentiated. During the operation of
lying planting, the
transport water potential of the kadsura coccinea plant after root breaking is reduced, and the
survival rate is improved.
