1 results about "Realgar" patented technology

Realgar, α-As₄S₄, is an arsenic sulfide mineral, also known as "ruby sulphur" or "ruby of arsenic". It is a soft, sectile mineral occurring in monoclinic crystals, or in granular, compact, or powdery form, often in association with the related mineral, orpiment (As₂S₃). It is orange-red in color, melts at 320 °C, and burns with a bluish flame releasing fumes of arsenic and sulfur. Realgar is soft with a Mohs hardness of 1.5 to 2 and has a specific gravity of 3.5. Its streak is orange colored. It is trimorphous with alacranite and pararealgar. Its name comes from the Arabic rahj al-ġār (رهج الغار, "powder of the mine"), via Catalan and Medieval Latin, and its earliest record in English is in the 1390s.

System and method for fluidized roasting of high-sulfur arsenic carbon refractory gold concentrate

PendingCN122105105AFlue gasRefractory
The application provides a high-sulfur arsenic carbon refractory gold concentrate boiling roasting system and method, and belongs to the technical field of mineral processing and metallurgy. The system comprises a four-furnace boiling roasting device and a flue gas recovery device. The four-furnace boiling roasting device comprises four furnaces connected in sequence and with decreasing horizontal heights. The bottoms of the four furnaces are respectively provided with four air chambers in communication with the furnaces. The first and fourth air chambers only pass in air, the second air chamber only passes in flue gas generated in the first furnace, and the third air chamber only passes in flue gas generated in the fourth furnace. The flue gas of the second and third furnaces is passed into the flue gas recovery device, which comprises a high-temperature carbon bed reactor, a realgar recovery device, a medium-temperature carbon bed reactor and a sulfur recovery device connected in sequence. The application reasonably designs the process and the equipment to recover sulfur and arsenic in the ore in the form of sulfur and realgar, has a small amount of flue gas emission, is beneficial to environmental protection, and is beneficial to improving the gold leaching rate of the refractory gold concentrate.
