Half-lignified branches or tissue culture seeding stems of bilberry in that very year are selected and soaked in an indolebutyric acid, and then cuttings are arranged at the roots for 2 hours. A fresh sphagnum culture substrate is inoculated with endotrophic mycorrhiza extracted from the vaccinium plants.
