The quaternary ammonium salt phase transfer catalyst is introduced, so that the reaction activation energy is remarkably reduced, and the reaction can be quickly carried out at the low temperature of 0-10 DEG C; meanwhile, a specific narrow window of which the reaction pH value is 5.8-6.2 is accurately locked. The method effectively solves the technical problems that the reaction rate is slow, phosphate bonds are easy to hydrolyze and pyridine rings are easy to generate chlorination side reaction when a traditional TEMPO oxidation system is used for preparing compounds containing phosphate groups. The yield of the obtained product can reach 90% or above, the content of specific dephosphorized impurities is lower than 0.05%, and the method is suitable for preparing high-purity medical standard substances.

Bio-based flame-retardant anti-ultraviolet polyvinyl alcohol composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of flame-retardant materials, and discloses a bio-based flame-retardant anti-ultraviolet polyvinyl alcohol composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: taking pyridoxal phosphate, p-phenylenediamine and 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide as raw materials, carrying out Schiff base condensation and P-H nucleophilic addition reaction to prepare a bio-based flame-retardant anti-ultraviolet agent N, N '-bis (DOPO-pyridoxol group methyl) p-phenylenediamine (denoted as DPP), and adding the bio-based flame-retardant anti-ultraviolet agent N, N'-bis (DOPO-pyridoxol group methyl) p-phenylenediamine (denoted as DPP) into a polyvinyl alcohol system to prepare the high-performance composite material. In the composite material disclosed by the invention, phosphorus-nitrogen active components released by thermal decomposition of DPP can quench gas-phase combustion free radicals and catalyze dehydration crosslinking of a polyvinyl alcohol matrix at the same time, so that a continuous, compact and highly graphitized carbon layer is formed, and gas-condensation double-phase synergistic flame retardance is realized; the aromatic conjugated structure endows the composite material with an intrinsic excellent anti-ultraviolet function; strong hydrogen bonds between DPP and polyvinyl alcohol molecular chains construct a physical cross-linked network, so that the crystallinity and thermal stability of the composite material are improved, and the mechanical property is remarkably enhanced.
