The invention provides a method for extracting
nervonic acid from
xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing low-temperature squeezing pretreatment on
xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge kernels to obtain low-
impurity crude oil; s2, performing ultrasonic-assisted PEG-4000 /
ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase extraction to enrich
nervonic acid; s3, filtering through a composite polyether
sulfone membrane loaded with amino modified
montmorillonite-
graphene, and intercepting impurities such as
erucic acid in a targeted manner; s4, carrying out mild
saponification and acidification; and S5, carrying out low-
temperature gradient crystallization to obtain high-purity
nervonic acid. Compared with the prior art, molecular
distillation, a toxic
solvent and a
composite membrane are not needed, high-targeting interception-high-flux
synergy is achieved, an aqueous two-phase
system can be recycled, the final nervonic acid purity is larger than or equal to 99.5%, the extraction rate is larger than or equal to 0.8%, the waste liquid amount is reduced by 70%, the total consumed time is shortened to 10-12 h, and the problems that in the prior art, purity is low,
pollution is large, and cost is high are solved.
