solid wood composite floor with a
softwood layer attached to the surface of poplar, comprising the following steps: 1) preparing an
acrylic resin solution; 2) filling and reinforcing poplar
veneer by resin impregnation; 3) laminating and compounding modified poplar
veneer and unmodified poplar plywood; and 4) laminating and pressing the modified poplar
veneer laminated material and the
softwood adhesive layer to obtain the multi-layer
solid wood composite floor with the
softwood layer attached to the surface of the modified poplar plywood. The present application fills the
cell cavities of poplar with
acrylic resin to reinforce the poplar veneer, and through
hot pressing and gluing, the modified poplar veneer, the unmodified poplar plywood substrate and the softwood layer are compounded into the multi-layer
solid wood composite floor, which can effectively simultaneously improve the strength, dimensional stability and surface passive protection function of fast-growing poplar.
