Addressing the technical problem of coupling raw material and process parameters in the cork composite board preparation process, and the difficulty of simultaneously meeting both mechanical and moisture-resistant performance indicators using traditional trial-and-error methods, this invention establishes a multiple quadratic regression model relating cork particle size distribution, adhesive content, filler content, coupling agent content, and temperature, pressure, and time during pre-pressing, hot-pressing, and depressurization stages. Interaction terms and quadratic terms between raw material and process parameters are introduced to characterize the multivariate nonlinear coupling relationship. Using a lower limit threshold for tensile strength and an upper limit threshold for water absorption thickness expansion rate as constraints, an objective function containing a squared deviation term is constructed. The optimal combination of process parameters is iteratively solved using a Gaussian process surrogate model and a Bayesian optimization algorithm with an expected improvement acquisition function. Hot-pressing according to the optimized parameters yields a composite board with a tensile strength of 2.68 MPa and a water absorption thickness expansion rate of 0.72%, achieving controllable preparation of both mechanical and moisture-resistant properties.
