A formaldehyde-free high-elasticity composite cork floor

The application discloses a high-elasticity composite cork floor without formaldehyde, which is composed of a surface layer, a supporting connection layer, a hard wood composite layer, a soft wood composite layer and a bottom hard wood layer which are bonded layer by layer from top to bottom. The high-elasticity composite cork floor is composed of the surface layer, the supporting connection layer, the hard wood composite layer, the soft wood composite layer and the bottom hard wood layer which are bonded layer by layer. The surface layer is soft wood with desired patterns. The supporting connection layer is a connection layer made of relatively hard material in the range of soft wood and used for buffering and supporting. The hard wood composite layer and the soft wood composite layer are hard wood blocks and soft wood blocks which are arranged alternately and used as the buffering layer of the whole upper layer of the floor after bonding. The hard wood blocks and the soft wood blocks have the effect of hard wood supporting and the effect of soft wood elasticity. The high-elasticity composite cork floor effectively solves the problem of uneven elastic force distribution of the whole structure when a local force is applied to the existing composite cork floor which is composed of bonded plates.
