single factor optimization experiment, wherein the optimal parameters comprise the pH value of 5.7-7.2, the temperature of 40-60 DEG C, the reaction time of 8-15 minutes and the scanning rate of 0.02-0.10 V / s; then preparing characteristic marker standard solutions with different concentrations, establishing an
electrochemical detection working curve and calculating a
detection limit; and finally, performing volatile component nondestructive collection on a to-be-detected sample, detecting a response
signal through the electrochemical
workstation, and judging the
disease infection condition in combination with the working curve. According to the invention, nondestructive and
rapid detection of the
azalea wilt is realized, the detection period is short, the operation is convenient, the sensitivity and accuracy are high, and the azalea wilt detection kit can be matched with portable equipment to realize on-site detection.
