The invention provides a production technology of
organic manure for controlling nemathelminthiasis. The technology comprises the following operational steps: (1) aerobic
actinomyces strain-liquid is prepared; (2) chinaberry
materia medica or margosine extract leftover thereof which is 30 to 50 percent,
sophora flavescens
materia medica or
matrine extract leftover thereof which is 20 to 40 percent, and
pyrethrin materia medica or
pyrethrin extract leftover thereof which is 20 to 40 percent are got to be respectively crushed into 40 to 60 screen meshes, then are mixed evenly and added into the strain-liquid in the step (1), and are piled to be fermented for a first time (for 7 to 15 days under the temperature
ranging from 60 to 75 DEG C), and then are mixed to be fermented for a second time (for 7 to 15 days under the temperature
ranging from 30 to 40 DEG C) to obtain the
fermentation product; then
amino acid raw powders, the weight of which is 10 percent of the
fermentation product, are added; then the mixture is mixed evenly to obtain
organic manure stroma; (3) 10 to 15 percent of the
organic manure stroma in the step (2) and 85 to 90 percent of the organic
manure are got and mixed evenly to obtain the organic
manure for controlling the nemathelminthiasis. The technology is simple, the cost is low without
pollution, the obtained product can prevent various nemathelminthiasis, the preventing effect thereof can reach more than 75 percent, the output is increased by 10 to 30 percent, and the production technology of organic
manure for controlling the nemathelminthiasis is applied to field crops, garden stuffs, tobacco leaves, etc.
