The invention discloses a triple-effect
evaporation process and
system for
carbosulfan wastewater treatment, and the process comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment: adding a bimetallic catalyst into to-be-treated
wastewater, introducing
ozone under the condition that the pH value is 3-4, adjusting the pH value to 8-10, preheating the
wastewater, and enabling the wastewater to enter a three-stage flash
tower; s2, triple-effect down-flow
evaporation: feeding the pretreated wastewater into a triple-effect down-flow
evaporation device, and concentrating to obtain a
tertiary concentrated solution; s3, salt
recovery: micro-nano bubbles are introduced into the third-stage concentrated solution, a composite surfactant is added, a self-emulsifying organic
silicon emulsion is added for defoaming and thickening,
solid-liquid separation is performed, a
solid phase is collected, and a
liquid phase flows back to a first-effect natural
circulation evaporator; wherein the composite surfactant is prepared from hexadecyl sulphobetaine and
sodium dodecyl sulfate. The process can realize the technical breakthrough that the degradation rate of toxic organic matters is greater than 99% and the operation cycle of an evaporation
system is prolonged by more than 2.5 times.
